UPDATE: Travis AFB Lockdown Mistake

Travis Air Force Base was under lockdown and responded to what they only described as a "real world security incident."  The lockdown resulted from a report of an active shooter and was thought be unrelated to drills scheduled for today and tomorrow.  However, by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday Congressman John Garamendi reportedly said the incident was a false alarm sparked by misinformation.
