New Year's Eve Events in Sacramento

Well 2019 is upon us and if you're still deciding how to ring in the new year, there are a few options here in Sacramento.

Legendary rockers Y&T headline a special New Year's Eve show at Ace of Spades. Tickets start at $28.50. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

If you’re feeling lucky and want to ring in the new year with some gambling along with live music and dancing, head up to Red Hawk Casino, where a couple of local bands will get things rocking.

One of the best and longest standing Sacramento dance nights, Lipstick!, is throwing a Prom-themed rager inside Old Ironsides. The event is 21 and older and starts at 9 p.m.

If partying at one spot just isn't enough, check out the annual Old Sacramento New Years Eve Second Street Bar Crawl with stops at River City Saloon, the Other Office, O’Mally’s and more.

If you’re not into going out to a loud and crowded nightclub, check out Punch Line’s annual Sacramento’s Last Laughs comedy shows! Both the early and late shows are 18 and older.

And if you can't stay up till midnight, you may want to check out the Noon Year's Eve Family Festival at the Crocker Art Museum. The free event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features steel drum performances, folk dancing and festive activities throughout the museum.
